Gifs are a gift
Megan
26:29
So if we already own our domain and use AN, do we need to take steps to do those two things?
Megan
29:40
So what if people opted in, but still don't engage!?!
Cathy L She/her
34:07
How would you handle it if you are a member organization and you want them to receive member emails. I would hope they'd open our emails but...
UE Union
34:57
Also curious about this ^^^
Leslie Grayson
36:49
How do you recommend finding out what kind of emails people on our list want to get so we can tag them -- newsletter, occasional updates, rapid response, etc?
Labor-Religion Coalition of NYS
36:50
I had to step away for a minute, so apologies if I missed this… do you need to unsubscribe inactive people, or can you just send emails to active query only?
Leslie Grayson
38:01
Thanks!

Can welcome series be triggered via the API?
Megan
40:29
Is low frequency of email a problem? We only email 2-3 times per month, and some people only get one of those. Do the timelines of inactives still apply?
UE Union
42:14
Great, thanks!
Leslie Grayson
44:07
Check for inactives and sunset them.
Antti Mäki

Did you discuss the welcome email? I had someone come in to the office may have missed it.
MartaS, WI
48:41
Thanks - great training!
jane
49:08
You mentioned you can send to people who use a specific email provider. How do you do that?
Angelee
49:22
We often include links to FB events for all our events i our emails. This might be up to 10 links in an email. Is this bad since it is a link/URL?

Dana Sweeney
50:32
Does authenticating the SPF record and thus linking ourselves to one domain mean we can only send emails from one place? We have folks who work remote scattered around Alabama, and I’m wondering if the SPF / IP would be an issue.
Dana Sweeney
51:01
OHHHHH, gotcha. Thank you!
Megan
51:20
Can you say more about that first suggestion? If we're already own our domain and use AN, do we need to take steps to do those two things?
jane
51:21
You mentioned a welcome letter. What is the best way to identify new people? We use the last subscription date but it isn’t accurate
Angelee
52:39
We own our own domain, bug have had trouble setting up the DKIM. Will this be covered in your email?
Angelee
53:02
Thanks
